Commission Information

Commissions T.O.S1: When commissioning me you are to pay me upfront at least 50% of the commission price before I will begin on your commission. After the sketch is approved, I require the other 50% before I continue the rest of the drawing. If you are not okay with this then please do not commission me. No harm no foul.1.5: Refunds are negotiable depending on extenuating circumstances.2: My commissions are for non-commercial / personal usage only.2.5: !Do not use my work for commercial usage!3: I recommend messaging me through Facebook or discord, (these are where I am active most!) so I can send you updates on your art work! I like to send constant updates. Through the sketch, line, and coloring process! (if specifically requested i will email you the final product so you will get the full quality of your piece)4: While I make your art if you are not happy with the sketch you may request a sketch change up to 3 times. Line and color work is generally official.4.5: If I heavily messed up on your character with the line work or colors, then you may have me make a change.5: Take note that I am a disabled artist, my work generally takes me 4-7 days to finish, but if my health gets bad, I will alert you that it is going to take longer.5.5: That being said, if I have not finished your commission after a month or more, you have every right to request a refund, though the amount of the refund is dependent upon how much work I've put into the commission. For example, requesting a refund for a piece I've finished the sketch for -- but have not yet received your approval on -- will give you a refund of the 50% payment you paid for upfront.6: TOS are subject to change.7: I as the artist have the right to refuse any commission that goes against my beliefs.^{When you commission me you are agreeing to my terms of service.}

Adopts T.O.S1: When buying an adopt from me payment is to be paid full up front, there are no holds.2: You may redesign my adopt to your liking, but do not delete the old design (put it in an "old design" folder or something of the sort).2.5: That being said do not delete my art from my adopts. That would be rude and will get you blacklisted.3: Please be patient with me while asking about my adopts, I am disabled / chronically ill, and things do take time. I do not live on the internet.4: If you prefer your characters to be on authorized only , thats fine, but if its a character you bought from me. Authorize me. Please. I'd love to see where the character goes from when you bought it, and how it grows.
